The room was a good size and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the amazing view from the balcony overlooking the ocean 🌊. The bed was cozy and there was even a telephone in the room.

Comforts of brand-new and reasonably large double room with great view 522 were fabulous. The breakfast with the worst food and other plates, as example was very good for what you got. Amazing location to convienant store was a plus...

Excellent service from hotel staff, both check-in and restaurants and café. Excellent location, with a pier in the sea giving much calmer sea than the usual quite rouugh sea (still easily accessible if you prefer that). Close to shopping malls. Good value, we paid for a city view but sitll got a sea view room.
You have to sign "i won't bring any drinks or food into the hotel", yuck!...and the internet was unbearingly slow, yet you had to pay a premium rate to get it. The rooms are not that spacious, which might be a consideration for a longer stay. The hotel doesn't really live up to a top resort type of hotel, but it is somewhat offset by the friendly and service minded staff.

The central location of this place was really convenient and a big advantage during my stay, and I found a cool spot nearby called Mextreme where I enjoyed nice shots.

The beach at the hotel was amazing and slightly protected- this was a very big difference from other hotels in the area because the conditions of the sea were not really safe to swim anywhere but at the Hyatt. We also decided to go for the executive club experience and that was very much worth it in price. They had a very expansive coninental breakfast everymoring and a 2 hour cocktail bar for free every day.
Not much to add here except sometimes the room wasn't cleaned when we left. But that was easily fixed by calling the front desk.

We upgraded to the Club level. Evening canapes and drinks were fantastic and relaxing. The room was always clean and when our door leaked due to a tropical storm the room was cleaned up and the door fixed promptly. Prices are reasonable. Food in the restaurant was good without being spectacular and the buffet was budget but suited our needs for that evening as we wanted to pick at a few things. The couples massage was so relaxing and the spa staff were professional. All things considered - a great place to stay.

Rooms are very tiny, sink was clogged, view is not that good, they charge for everything.

The location on the beach, the view of the Gulf, the staff and resort facilities made the week's vacation/business trip memorable.

The facility was excellent and the location and amenities were first rate. This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled and unfortunately the staff and pricing have not been. See below.
I booked a Regency Club level room expecting something for my money. I got nothing. Everything at the hotel is charged for and I felt like an Economy class passenger paying luxury, first class prices. I was charged for everything from Internet to towels at the pool. This was a horrible, second class service from a first class (supposedly) hotel. I will never again stay at any Hyatt and I am a very, very frequent flyer and traveler.

Beach was gorgeous. The staff very knowledgeable and friendly. The Grill Restaurant was very good and a good value as well.
